Day use of baths, pool and grounds is included in room rates between the hours of 3pm, date of check-in through noon, date of check-out.
Bathing suits are required in all facilities.
All rooms and buildings are non-smoking. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Pets and comfort animals are not allowed anywhere on the property including the parking lot.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made seven days in advance of arrival date, fourteen days in advance during holiday periods.
A $30 handling fee per accommodation will be charged for all cancellations.
There is no refund for early departures.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for group bookings (three or more rooms).
All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Day Use Policy
Please keep in mind that we check each guest in with a $100 deposit cash or credit card.
Guests proceed and enjoy the bubbly baths and property and decide how long they want to stay
(Two or Three Hours). The deposit is then adjusted accordingly.
Note: Please bring bathing suits, walking shoes you do not mind getting wet and hiking/walking clothes. A bathrobe, especially in winter, and sandals for walking to and from the mineral baths. Day Use of baths, pool and grounds is included in room rates between the hours of 3pm date of check-in through noon, date of check-out. Additional day use of the grounds and pools before 3pm check-in and after noon check-out is subject to a $45 fee per person.

ADA Website Compliance
Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Ukiah, CA. We have built our site with ADA compliance in mind and have utilized available tools such as WAVE and Google Chrome’s ADA compatibility diagnostic tools. Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing. Our Property’s Accessibility Features
Two cottages (#25 and #26) are ADA fully compliant and have these features:
Each cottage has a ramp to the front door, widened doors to accommodate wheelchairs, sinks have adequate space under the counter to accommodate a wheelchair as required, showers have portable seats and counter heights are ADA Compliant.
Both cottages have accessible cabinets, towel racks, toilet paper holders, toilets and grab bars at exactly the height and length required.
Both cottages have a road from the parking area only for ADA use that arrives at each with a flat landing and ramp of concrete.
Common Areas
None of the historic features nor buildings are required to be compliant due to age and historic significance. This includes the mineral baths, hot pool and swimming pool which predate the requirements.
The parking lot, conference room, breakfast room and office are compliant with ADA parking in the lot and alongside the office.
