Group Event Rates and Policies
Vichy Springs Resort accommodates gatherings, political events, corporate meetings, government meetings, workshops and/or retreats.
Vichy Springs offers twenty six overnight accommodations, indoor conference rooms (up to 120 persons) and outdoor meeting grounds (larger gatherings).
Facilities Description and Costs
Use of the Conference Room and grounds is exclusively provided only to overnight guests
Large, airy, attractive, heated and air-conditioned facilities with nice views of the grounds, the conference room can accommodate up to 80 persons. Tables and chairs are provided. It is available 8 AM – 8 PM.
$30 per Person (Minimum Rental $600)
Vichy Springs Resort has 700 acres of private reserve with walking and hiking throughout. Peaceful,beautiful and idyllic locations abound for ceremonies, picnics, and/or meetings for small or large groups. There are picnic tables and banquet tables available as well as barbecues if so desired. We offer an Olympic size swimming pool (in season), hot soaking pool, naturally carbonated warm mineral baths and (by appointment) massage therapy.
Group Rental of Outdoor Grounds
$65 per person per day including baths, pool and hot soaking pool.
Minimum Fee – One Day Rental $650.00
*All extras including linens, banquet tables and chairs, beverages, clean-up, food items, electrical devices, etc., are subject to additional cost to be established prior to the event.
Rooms and cottages must be booked in order to utilize the conference and resort facilities. An overnight stay at Vichy Springs includes buffet breakfast, naturally warm and carbonated mineral baths, hot pool, Olympic size swimming pool (seasonal) and 700 acre private reserve for walking and hiking. Massages are available by appointment.
