Advance reservations are recommended. A deposit equivalent to your stay is required to secure your reservation. This can be made with a credit card guarantee, cash or personal check.

Cancellations:

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be made seven days in advance of arrival date, fourteen days in advance during holiday and special periods. A $25.00 handling fee per accommodation will be charged for all cancellations. There is no refund for early departures. We require a 30-day notice of cancellation for group bookings (three or more rooms).

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please advise if you will be arriving later. Check-out is 12:00 noon from your accommodations and the grounds. Early arrivals and late departures for the purpose of day use subject to a $27.00 per person day use fee for baths and pool. Room use past check-out time must be approved by management and is subject to a $25.00 per hour fee.
